The instructions below are retained for when the relevant features are available; they do not promise access or a return date. This notice does not apply to public model downloads or Vinci Code’s bring-your-own-key setup. See the current products page .

Get in touch

To help us help you faster, include:

  • The email on your account.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Any exact error message you saw. Remove passwords, keys and personal data from screenshots before sharing.
  • The product or model name and version, and whether you used an app, the API, Vinci Code, or a downloaded model.
  • For model-download problems, the public model-card link and exact filename.

Please don’t share secrets. Never send your password or full API key in a support message. If a key may be exposed, revoke it first on the Vinci Platform ↗  (API keys → Revoke).

Share feedback

You can send feedback about earlier use or problems you encounter. Include the product and version so the report can be understood in context.

We’d love to hear:

  • How Vinci feels to use — what you like, what feels off, what you wish it did.
  • Anything broken — what happened, what you expected, and where (app or API).
  • Ideas — features or changes that would make Vinci better for you.
