Track AI spending
Hosted services under maintenance: Vinci Chat, Mobile, Platform and the managed API are under maintenance. The AI Spend Console on the Vinci Platform ↗ shows what you spend across AI vendors — Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Vinci — on one dashboard, day by day.
You’ll find it as AI Spend in the Platform sidebar.
This is different from the Platform Usage page, which tracks your Vinci credit balance and Vinci usage — see Billing & limits for that.
Connect your vendors
Open AI Spend → Connect and paste an API key for each vendor you want to track. The guided steps for each vendor show exactly which key to create and where. Your Vinci spend is included automatically — no key needed.
- Check the connection result shown by the vendor setup screen before relying on the reported spend.
- Keys are encrypted before storage and can never be read back — only the last four characters are ever shown again. Disconnecting a vendor erases the stored key.
- After connecting, up to 12 months of history loads in the background.
Note: Anthropic does not offer a read-only admin key, so connecting Anthropic uses a full admin key. The connect page explains this before you paste anything.
What you’ll see
- One chart with every vendor’s daily spend, stacked or side by side.
- Totals for the period, a projection of where the period will end at your current pace, and your largest vendor — each compared with the previous period.
- A card per vendor with its total, share of spend, connection status, and when its data was last refreshed.
- Date presets from 7 days to 12 months, or a custom range. The range is part of the page address, so a link you share shows the same period.
The console is honest about what it knows: days it could not fetch are named rather than shown as $0, totals that may be incomplete are labelled, and a breakdown it cannot stand behind is left out rather than guessed.
For organizations
In an organization, connected vendors and their charts are visible to members. Only an owner or admin can connect or disconnect a vendor. Organization spend and your personal spend are kept fully separate.
